Kiran is certified in Marma Massage, Reflexology, Sound Healing, Reiki Healing, Hatha and Kundalini Yoga and is a member of the Canadian Yoga Alliance.

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice to create vibrations that help calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance in the body.
You’ll lie down comfortably (fully clothed) while I play various instruments around you. The sounds and vibrations help guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state.
No, just relax. Many people close their eyes and rest. Some fall asleep, others experience a meditative or dream-like state.
Everyone experiences it differently. You may feel deeply relaxed, emotional release, tingling sensations, or simply peaceful and calm.
Most people can safely enjoy sound healing. However, it may not be suitable for those with certain conditions like epilepsy, sound sensitivity, or in the first trimester of pregnancy (depending on intensity always best to check).
Wear comfortable clothing, avoid heavy meals right before, and bring water. You may also want a blanket or eye mask for comfort.
